Hand-harvested fruit underwent brief maceration, gentle pressing, and natural must clarification. Fermentation (18°C) occurred in small stainless steel vats; maturation followed on lees until August. Total élevage, including three months' bottle ageing, was 14 months.

Nussbaumer Located in Söll (Tramin) at 420–600m elevation, this southeast-facing site comprises calcareous clay and gravel. It is the defining vineyard for Cantina Tramin's Gewürztraminer, yielding high-extract wines with distinct spicy aromatics and significant ageing potential. |
