"Epokale" Gewürztraminer undergoes seven years' bottle maturation in a mine at 11°C and 90% humidity. "Troy" Chardonnay receives 33 months' lees contact across barrique and steel. Total annual production is 1.9 million bottles within the Südtirol and Kalterersee DOCs.
