Pale straw yellow. Ripe, yellow-fruited, slightly muted, developed aroma with a floral hint. Slightly herbal and yeasty nose. Fruit is already a touch crumbly, not radiant, but otherwise shows no notable tones of maturity. Surprisingly grippy acidity on the palate. Ripe yellow fruit returns, with a slightly candied note — apple, orange, candied lemon. Fairly long finish, with some freshness, but also a phenolic bitterness in the aftertaste. Not entirely harmonious.
