Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen Hattenheimer Nussbrunnen, a 10-hectare VDP.Grosse Lage, occupies a gentle 5–10% south-southeast gradient. The pedology comprises deep loess-clay and tertiary marl, bolstered by high groundwater levels from subterranean springs. This sheltered microclimate produces structurally dense Rieslings characterised by pronounced spicy aromatics and precise acidity, enabled by optimal hydric stability. |
