VDP.GUTSWEIN. The "von unserm" range functions as the estate's "business card" cuvée. This unfiltered Pinot Noir undergoes hand-harvesting, destemming, and cold maceration before a three-week spontaneous skin fermentation. Following malolactic conversion, the wine matures for 15 months in third-passage oak barrels, integrating fruit from multiple sites into a consistent house style.
