The Rüdesheimer Bischofsberg features south-facing stony loess-loam with high water retention. Following hand-harvesting and 12-hour cold maceration, the wine undergoes whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation. Maturation occurs in stainless steel for seven months, resulting in structured, high-acid profiles with significant ageing potential.
