The Balthasar Ress DECADES Riesling trocken is a non-vintage signature cuvée produced via a multi-vintage blending system. Utilizing fruit exclusively from premium Rheingau sites, the current edition of the wine incorporates components from the 2019–2023 harvests. Vinification involves integration within a solera-style tank, utilising both stainless steel and wooden vessels to harmonise diverse terroirs and vintage characteristics.
