85% Chardonnay from the limestone-rich sites in Kallstadt, 15% Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) from the warmer red sandstone soils in Ungstein. Élevage for 16 months on the full lees in primarily used French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, minimal sulphur.
