Single-varietal Asti Spumante made 100% out of Moscato. 7% vol. alcohol. Produced using the metodo martinotti (French: méthode charmat), that is, fermented in steel autoclaves for about a month with the addition of yeast and sugar.

Asti Spumante DOCG Asti Spumante has been recognised as a DOCG since 1994. Originally only available in a sweet version, dry sparkling wines from this appellation have also been available since 2017. However, the sweet Asti Spumante is still predominant today. Can be produced according to the tank fermentation principle (metodo italiano), but is also increasingly produced using bottle fermentation (metodo classico). |
