Dégorgement in April 2021. Dosage 6g/litre. 90% Pinot Noir, 6% of which is vinified as red wine, and 10% Chardonnay. This is a special cuvée in the Giraud range as the wine is vinified in 5-hectolitre, egg-shaped, sandstone amphorae. These replaced the previously used concrete and terracotta amphorae, which suffered from too much oxidation.
