1997 Georg Breuer Rüdesheimer Bischofsberg Riesling Auslese

Tasting note

Deep gold to amber; highly viscous with significant sediment. The nose is developed and highly intense, featuring orange, dried and preserved orchard fruit, stone fruit, caramel, and honey. The palate is similarly full-bodied with profound depth of flavour, showing recurring notes of dried and caramelised citrus alongside subtle nuances of toasted almond. It maintains a vibrant balance of sweetness and acidity, concluding with exceptional length. Highly expressive and well-structured. A delight.

Drink through 2032.
