Pale lemon-green with very fine beads of residual carbon dioxide. The nose is delicate, of medium intensity, and mineral-driven, showing primary aromas of white peach, poached pear, apple, and citrus alongside wet stone, subtle white blossom, and faint yeastiness. The palate is pleasantly supple and more citrus-forward than the nose suggests, featuring crystalline, precise acidity paired with fruity sweetness. Flavours of succulent orange, ripe mandarin, sweet apple, and pineapple are present, along with fresh grape juice. This is a well-made, fruit-forward wine with a refreshing character and a succulent, slightly citric finish of medium length.
