Pale golden-yellow. The nose presents an intense tropical bouquet of passion fruit and mango, supported by peach, gooseberry, and green apple with a subtle herbaceous undertone. Secondary characters are restrained, showing faint malolactic buttery notes, integrated oak, and reductive accents. Subtle nuances of ginger and dried hay provide the first indications of tertiary development. The palate is dry and medium-bodied with high, well-integrated acidity; it reprises the tropical profile with honeydew melon and citrus, finishing crisp and sustained with a notable acidic lift. As the wine evolved significantly upon aeration, it is recommended to avoid over-chilling to ensure full expression.
Drink through 2028.
