2021 Robert Weil Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken

Tasting note

2021 Robert Weil Riesling Kabinett halbtrocken

A pale, bright lemon-green wine. The attractive, medium-intensity bouquet reveals white peach, lime zest, and apple, underpinned by delicate floral notes and yeasty overtones. Fresh and light-bodied, it exhibits high acidity, well-balanced off-dry sweetness, and low alcohol. On the palate, notes of lime juice, ripe grapes, and green apple dominate, mingled with brown sugar. Although the finish is a little short, the pleasant apple and citrus character is highly inviting. Well-made.

Drink through 2028.

Tasted by Dominik Müller on Saturday, 24 January 2026.
