Pale lemon yellow. Light-footed and cool on the palate, with a mineral edge and subtle yeastiness. Delicate fruit notes — ripe pear and white peach — lifted by citrus. Hints of wood and spice, with a touch of coconut. Restrained yet elegant. Velvety. The ageing in barriques lends backbone. Creamy, with medium acidity and fine, gently grippy tannins. The fruit remains bright and ripe, showing apricot, juicy pear, and sweet grapefruit. Focused, not broad. Long, saline finish with salted lemon. Good potential to mature.
