Medium lemon yellow colour. Initially restrained and stony, the nose opens up to a yellow-fruity, citric bouquet. Subtly flinty, yet buttery and creamy, with a touch of roasted nuts. Judicious use of oak, just in balance with the fruit. The mouthfeel is also creamy, slightly dissolving in contour, offering lemon and crunchy apple on the palate. Long-lasting finish with apple, pear and a hint of vanilla. Sufficient structure for a few more years, though not built for the ages.
Drink through 2028.
