Straw yellow. The bouquet is vegetal, with light flowers, mild honeydew melon, stone fruit, and some citrus. The minerality is earthy. Not tired, but slightly restrained. More grip and juiciness on the palate: crisp acidity, linear, not too broad. Lemon, green apple, some grapefruit, very minimally sugared, buffering the acidity. Slightly sweet and bitter in the medium finish, reminiscent of grapefruit and apple. Has held up well, but shows its long maturity. Drink up.
