NV Viticoltori Acquesi Asti Spumante

Tasting note

NV Viticoltori Acquesi Asti Spumante

Pale yellow with green reflections. Fresh, invitingly aromatic bouquet: floral with white flowers and honey, as well as refreshingly fruity with lemon zest and white peach. Sparkling on the palate with a fine perlage. Light body and very easy to drink. The sweetness is not overdone, but harmonises very well with the acidity. Light as a feather. A lot of fun. The flavour largely confirms the aroma: peach, sweet mandarin, a little apple and slightly yeasty notes in the background, but only subtly. Beautifully balanced and undoubtedly well made. I like this wine very much for what it is. As an aperitif in summer, at a reception or simply on a social evening.
