2007 Knipser Spätburgunder Reserve

Tasting note

Complex aged pinot noir that shows plenty of secondary and tertiary aromas but still has red fruit to offer. The tannins are very smooth at this point. I think it could even age for a few more years, although it is perfect to enjoy now.

Drink through 2024.
