2021 Bodega José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting note

2021 Bodega José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc

Bright straw yellow color. Fresh, fruity, and aromatic perfume. Ripe yellow and exotic fruit—lemon, gooseberry, passion fruit, peach—with white flowers above. Shows less of the greenish notes typical of Sauvignon Blanc from cooler regions. Medium-bodied with medium to high acidity, though a bit less than usual for the variety. Slightly warming alcohol tail, but otherwise refreshing with juicy fruit—lemon, green apple, orange peel. Pleasantly refreshing, not deep, but well made.

Drink through 2025.
