The domain manages prominent parcels, including Richebourg Grand Cru and Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Saint-Georges. Vinification relies on indigenous yeasts, customised whole-cluster percentages tailored to vintage dynamics, minimal sulphur dioxide additions, and maturation in bespoke, lightly toasted oak barrels to preserve terroir specificity.
