Based in Andalucía, Spain.
Founded in 2020 by Samuel Párraga, Bodega Viñerón is based in Málaga with vineyards reaching into neighbouring Granada. The region combines Mediterranean coastal influence with high-altitude sites up to 1,300 metres, on soils of slate, clay, limestone and sand. Párraga works mainly with indigenous varieties – including Moscatel, Pedro Ximénez, Rome, Montua, Calona and Vigiriego – alongside some international grapes. His approach emphasises minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentations, no use of added sulphur, and careful farming. The result is a range of wines spanning traditional oxidative styles as well as dry whites and sparkling wines.
