There are two ways for you to keep track of the news and articles on my blog.
1) RSS Feed
You can subscribe to my blog via my RSS feed. RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” and it is basically a news feed that you subscribe to. If you’ve never used RSS before, this is a very good beginner’s guide to RSS that will fill you in quickly.

2) Email Subscription
If you don’t want to use a RSS reader to keep up to date with my posts you can subscribe via email. The email subscription service is provided by a reliable third-party service (FeedBurner) and it’s easy to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.
