Rick Latona, owner of DigiPawn and Offshoring.com and both buyer and seller of many premium domain names, launched his new blog at RickLatona.com. His company has acquired domains such as Iran.com, Buckhead.com and Territory.com to name a few, and he has also sold lots of domains, including Melbourne.com, Brisbane.com, Lowell.com and Dollars.com. Rick said he was going to sell one to five generic domains a day through his blog. The first domain he posted for sale is SeafoodRestaurants.com at $10,000.

He could really shake things up in the industry as far as how things get sold. People are already salivating for the emails to hit their inbox, because they know the names are going to be priced right. In a few months his email list could be a significant location of major sales…(as seen by this weeks sales chart).
